This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use and disclose your personal information and how this personal information can be consulted and corrected when necessary. ÉDITIONS E.T.C. has implemented various physical, administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality and security of personal information under our control. However, no security measures are absolute or wholly guaranteed.

ÉDITIONS E.T.C. will maintain your personal information for as long as a business need exists, or as required by applicable laws, regulations, or government orders. At the end of the applicable retention period, ÉDITIONS E.T.C. will delete your personal information in such a manner that reassemble, interception and reading is not possible. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, please note that we will try to delete the majority of the personal information after seven (7) years of inactivity in the file of the individual concerned, excepting the postal code for documentation purposes.

Right to Access and Correct

On written request and subject to proof of identity, you may access the personal information that we hold, and ask that any necessary corrections be made, where applicable, as authorized or required by law. However, to make sure that the personal information we maintain about you is accurate and up to date, please inform us immediately of any change in your personal information.
